Meet the Team

Drew Loftus

A graduate of Indiana State University, Drew has a unique background in both commercial real estate and technology start-ups. He started his real estate development career at Thompson Thrift Development where he worked on mixed use/retail developments throughout the Midwest. Prior to starting Loftus Robinson, Drew helped grow Indianapolis based, software company Octiv (formerly TinderBox). His focus at Loftus Robinson is on property acquisition, leasing, and development opportunities.

Kyle Robinson

A graduate of both the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis, Kyle began his real estate development career with Lauth Property Group. At Lauth, Kyle developed office and industrial properties, working on several hundred million dollars worth of projects throughout the country. Before starting Loftus Robinson, Kyle was Vice President of Operations for Scott Jones’ robotics start-up, Precise Path Robotics. His responsibilities at Loftus Robinson include investor relations, deal structure, and operations.

Dale Johns

Professionally certified in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell, Dale started in hotels as a bellman. He climbed the hospitality ladder gaining experience in operations, sales, and regional management. Prior to joining Loftus Robinson, Dale was a Vice President for Good Hospitality Services where he oversaw operations, hotel openings, acquisitions, and conversions. His responsibilities include hotel development, franchise negotiations, deal structure, and investor relations.

Jeff Everett
President – Energy

A graduate of Purdue University, Jeff has an extensive technical, operational, and sales background that began with a career at Allison Transmission developing diesel-electric hybrid powertrains for the heavy duty market that today are used in over 8,000 transit busses worldwide. More recently, he was the Vice President of Golf Products for Precise Path Robotics, where he grew the marketing, sales, and service programs for the company’s robotic greens mower from start-up phase through to acquisition in 2014. Following the acquisition of Precise Path Robotics by MTD Products, Jeff directed the worldwide sales and marketing growth initiatives for Cub Cadet’s golf portfolio.

Branden Burke

Branden managed all aspects of development projects for three years before coming to Loftus Robinson. Prior to that, he helped develop multimillion dollar corporate real estate properties and engineered critical customer integrations with some of the most progressive, successful, and high-growth companies in Indiana as an Orr Fellow. Branden holds bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management with a specialization in Healthcare Construction Management from Purdue University. His responsibilities at Loftus Robinson include managing all aspects of the development process including deal structuring, due diligence, execution, turnover, and stabilization.

Kraig Gallagher
Director – Construction

A graduate of Purdue University, Kraig has a diverse construction background including: industrial and wastewater construction, wind and hydro-electric power, heavy civil, commercial and multi-family construction. As project manager, Kraig oversees the successful planning, execution, and closing of all projects. These days, Kraig enjoys spending time with family, watching IndyCar racing, exercising, and piloting drones.

James Chiu
Corporate Counsel

James is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. James started his legal career with a well-respected, Indianapolis, boutique law firm primarily in the areas of commercial law, and creditors rights law before holding a position as corporate counsel for a large, privately held, national, corporation.

Brandon Van Hook
Director – Marketing

Brandon puts his psychology degree from Marian University and eight years of professional design and marketing experience to use as Loftus Robinson’s resident branding guy. He is responsible for the branding and marketing initiatives of Loftus Robinson and its properties, including graphic design, signage, video production, social media account management and other multimedia work. Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his son, Will.

Adam Crowder

Adam joins Loftus Robinson with 4 years experience in the construction field. Having graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School, he went straight into the work force. Through hard work and determination, Adam has moved through the ranks since starting as a laborer. He has also earned a certificate in Business Management from IUPUI. Adam is an avid NASCAR fan and enjoys spending time with his family.

Megan Robinson

Megan is responsible for internal accounting at Loftus Robinson.  After graduating from IUPUI’s Kelley School of Business in 2005, she joined National City Bank’s Retail Development Program working through several positions in retail bank branches including branch office manager where she was a top consumer lender in the state of Indiana. Megan took a creative leave from the financial world to attend Aveda Fredric’s Institute and get her cosmetology license. She went on to manage a salon and work as a stylist.  Currently, Megan serves as chapter adviser for Phi Mu at IUPUI. In her free time she likes to pretend she does yoga, but mostly binge-watches PBS dramas.

Maggie Hughes
Office Manager

A graduate of Indiana University, Maggie’s responsibilities at Loftus Robinson include all things administrative. From clerical duties to office support, Maggie ensures the employees of Loftus Robinson have what they need to perform their day-to-day tasks. Prior to joining the team, Maggie was a department manager at a national retail.
