Rockdale
Rockdale, Loftus Robinson’s first project, is located in the Village of Broad Ripple along the Monon Trail. About six miles north of downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple is home to many of Indianapolis’ premier locally owned restaurants, independent art galleries, and specialty boutiques.
This project started with three separate buildings – the oldest structure believed to be over 100 years old – cobbled together to form what was once a veterinarian’s clinic. Everything was demolished but the exterior block walls and second floors were added to create a unique office campus. The project was fully leased prior to completion and is home to marketing and technology tenants.
