702 North Capitol
Located at 702 North Capitol, adjacent to the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and blocks from the Indiana Central Canal, this project provided a unique opportunity to relocate longtime Indianapolis based architectural firm Rowland Design from its aging Lockerbie Square offices. The infill-focused project began with a vacant, single-story commercial building. Through a collaborative design process to meet the tenant’s requirements, the building grew to include a second floor studio overlooking downtown Indianapolis. Our team is proud of the outcome – a true adaptive reuse project.
