Wilshaw is a mixed-use project directly across from the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The project sits adjacent to the newly renovated “Legends Plaza” on the corner of 16th and Main Streets at the most prominent location in the quickly growing downtown Speedway corridor. In partnership with Scannell Properties, Loftus Robinson is developing a 127-room, full-service hotel, 90 luxury apartments, and 14,000 SF of retail space.

Wilshaw will cater to travelers visiting nearby destinations including Allison Transmission, Praxair, IUPUI, IU Health, Rolls-Royce, and Eskenazi Hospital.
